A frequent question we receive is, "Can you help me write this contract?" The short answer is no.
In Florida, a Notary Public is commissioned to verify identity and administer oaths. They are not attorneys and are strictly prohibited from drafting legal documents or offering legal advice. Doing so is considered the Unauthorized Practice of Law (UPL).
We can provide the standard notary certificates (Acknowlegements or Jurats) if they are missing from your document, but you must choose which certificate you need. If you need a document drafted, always consult a qualified attorney before calling a notary.
We travel to your home, office, or hospital room anywhere in North Florida to handle your notarization safely and securely.
